Do you come into our office? Yes. We provide hands-on personal human resource services and support. Or we can be as hands off as you would like.

How much does it cost?It depends on the services you choose to receive. Packages start as low as $800. 

Do I have to sign a contract? Many clients do retain us and sign an agreement, but for others we have been able to create an arrangement that meets a client’s needs. We are flexible, but view the agreement as a way to protect our integrity as well as yours, to hold everyone accountable and also use as a way to keep all needs on track.

I don’t feel I need HR. Why do you think I do? The lifeline of your business is your people. No matter what size company you have or what issues you think you do or don’t have, in order to be successful and continue to grow, you need to be sure you're doing all you can to take care of your people. There are ever-changing employment laws and requirements, and a lot of times staff do not let on to their supervisors or management when there is a problem or they are unhappy.

I already have an HR person. What can you provide that they can’t?We are not looking to replace what you already have in-house. Nothing compares to in-house personal human resource support. However, two heads are always better than one. There is an inherent limitation to manpower and usually the ‘little things’ are forgotten or put lower on the priority list such as HR compliance, reference checks, etc. You may not have enough man power to get everything that needs to be done - done timely and accurately. That’s where we would come in.
