This facility uses the latest technologies combined with a staff of highly trained professionals to handle any kind of project 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Your key responsibilities as a Document Specialist:

• Learn to operate and maintain all production equipment
• Properly fill out tracking sheets for every project
• Ensure quality control of projects
• Communicate supply/equipment needs and project issues to Production Manager
• Maintain confidentiality of all client materials
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards other team members, clients and vendors at all times

JS02 - Programming/Planning Intern (Click to open/close)

Just for Kids, a leader in the child care field, has an opportunity for a part-time (10-15 hours per week) Business Programming/Planning intern position for the summer and/or fall semesters with our headquarters in Williamsville, NY.  Our internship program will offer you hands-on experience in a fast paced, exciting environment that will also offer you course credit if applicable. Our Corporate team will provide you with an enriched internship experience in business programming and planning, long range planning, activities development for our programs, budgeting, organization of events and activities, large scale projects such as assisting with the development of a Meet and Greet event for parents. We prefer interns who would be available for a minimum of 10-15 hours a week. This position may be job-shared. We are willing to work with school schedules.

Requirements:

• Elementary Education or Early Childhood Education individuals looking to expand their experience into the structural, administrative, and organizational realm of child care.
• General knowledge of child care and business practices and disciplines.
• The ability to effectively balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• The ability to work well with independently and as a part of a team.
• The ability to follow direction, contribute openly, and have a flexible, proactive, can-do attitude.

Just for Kids School Age Programs is seeking a Team Leader and Substitutes for Elementary schools located in the Williamsville and Grand Island School Districts.

The Team Leader will report to the Site Manager and participate in creating and implementing appropriate and engaging activities for the Just for Kids Before and After School Programs. Team Leaders also participate in providing competent direct supervision of children in a structured environment.

A Substitute will fill in for shifts whenever available.

An Associates Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school and six months to one year related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Are you a motivated, enthusiastic individual looking for employment? Just for Kids School Age Programs is seeking a Before and After School Program Site Manager for elementary school students in the Williamsville School District.

This is a supervisory role. The position requires maintaining responsibility for and overseeing the daily operations of the Just for Kids Before & After School Program at one of our Elementary school programs.

The Site Manager is seen as the “point person” for daily/weekly program management, planning and facilitation of activities for students, supervising staff, administrative duties, and parent/school communication. Your goal is to develop an organized, well-run and FUN yet STRUCTURED program that is developmentally appropriate for kids!

A degree in education and child care related supervisory experience is preferred. A minimum of 18 hours of coursework in an education-related field plus supervisory experience is required.
