TripleTrack HR Partners isn’t their only business. Having run several successful businesses, Angie and Lisa learned how to handle HR issues the hard way, by default. Angie Kleeh, CEO Angie’s visionary and strategic leadership style has resulted in many successful business start-ups that have endured over a 30 year business-ownership career. In her entrepreneurial career she has developed human service businesses, a management and consulting firm, and a human resources and work-life benefits company. She has had extensive experience in collaborations with both for-profit and non-profit businesses and union/management partnerships, bringing unique skill sets to the HR Implementation Team. Angie’s creativity and enthusiasm pull the HR Implementation Team together to achieve established goals according to a carefully executed plan. Angie earned a B.A. Degree from Alfred University and a Masters Degree from Kent State University. She is a graduate of the University of Buffalo’s School Of Management’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Core and Advanced Programs, and she holds a position on the Alumni Association Board of Directors. She and her husband live in East Amherst and have three married sons and two grandchildren. |
Lisa Stefanie, SPHR, President Lisa has been a business owner for 16 years with 20 years education / training, organizational development and management experience. Lisa’s experience with a diverse blend of companies and cultures adds a wealth of value and expertise to the HR Implementation Team and the operations teams that evolve in clients’ workplaces. Lisa is the volunteer Director of Professional Development of the Buffalo-Niagara Human Resource Association, and has served on Boards of Directors and provided human resource leadership to a number of WNY professional organizations. Lisa earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the Pennsylvania State University. She also holds certification both as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources. (SPHR) She resides in East Amherst with her husband and two school-age children. |
