How We Work
HR Pro
Our most popular service! For a low monthly rate, stay on top of compliance issues and receive up to one hour of HR advice or help each month. Any additional hours needed are at a reduced rate.
HR Outsource
Allow us to act as your full-service HR department, on- or off-site, when you don’t have the time or resources to manage any of the HR functions listed below, or just want to simplify your budget. Monthly rate is based on the number of employees and the scope of the engagement.
HR A La Carte
Just need help in a few specific areas on an as-needed basis? We can provide any of the services listed below at an hourly rate.

Lisa is a powerhouse business owner with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of education, training, organizational development, and human resources management. With a career that spans a wide range of industries and organizational cultures, Lisa brings a rich perspective and practical know-how to her consulting work with small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofits across Western New York.
Lisa’s passion for leadership and community development shines through her extensive volunteer work. She’s served as Director of Professional Development for the Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association (BNHRA) and held a board position with the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Alumni Association (CELAA) at the University at Buffalo’s School of Management. A trailblazer in sustainable transportation, Lisa was also a founding board member and officer for Shared Mobility, Inc., the nonprofit behind the popular ReddyBike program, sponsored by Independent Health.
Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Penn State University and a suite of professional certifications, including:

A proud alumna of UB’s renowned Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL), Lisa is a graduate of both the CORE and Family Business programs. Her dedication to the CEL community continues as she shares her wisdom as a mentor, reactor, and “chalk talk” presenter—helping the next generation of business leaders thrive. Outside of her professional pursuits, Lisa channels her creativity as a member of the award-winning Buffalo Gateway Chorus, part of Sweet Adelines International, where she helps keep the vibrant tradition of barbershop a cappella music alive.
Kara Ryan

With over 10 years of experience in HR, Kara has worn many hats throughout her career—including Talent Acquisition Specialist, HR Manager, and HR Consultant. A valued member of the TripleTrack team since 2016, she brings expertise and energy to every client she supports. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh along with several professional credentials, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, the Health and Life Insurance license through the NY State Department of Financial Services, and the Certified Leave Management Specialist Designation from the Disability Management Employer Coalition. Kara also holds a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from United Way, which supports her passion for optimizing workflows. Her areas of expertise include process improvement, employee relations, and leave management, with a strong focus on streamlining operations for greater efficiency.
Outside of work, Kara is a proud Buffalo Bills fan, a frequent concertgoer, and an active member of her monthly Book Club. Above all, she values time with her family—her number one priority. Whether she’s solving complex HR challenges or cheering on her favorite team, Kara is always looking for ways to win—both professionally and personally—bringing energy and commitment to everything she does.
Madeline Perez

Madeline joined the TripleTrack team in 2017 as an HR Intern and quickly transitioned into a trusted HR Consultant, bringing a strong foundation in both technical HR knowledge and people-centered communication. She holds a degree in Human Resource Specialization from Bryant & Stratton College and works primarily with clients in the hospitality, construction, and manufacturing industries, while also supporting marketing firms, nonprofits, and attorneys.
Madeline holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and has been certified as a Workplace Investigator through HR Training Center since 2019. She has conducted a wide range of investigations, including many complex and sensitive sexual harassment cases, for businesses across Western New York. She is also certified in Diversity & Inclusion through the HRCI Learning Center and is committed to helping organizations foster respectful, inclusive, and legally sound workplaces.
Madeline is known for her flexibility, approachability, and ability to adapt her communication style to meet the needs of clients and their teams—whether that means offering compassionate, supportive guidance or delivering firm, legally grounded advice. Her goal is to make clients’ lives easier by staying current with labor law developments and translating them into practical strategies tailored to each business’s operations and culture.
Outside of work, Madeline enjoys traveling whenever she can and is known as the go-to person in the office for all things cat-related.
Jeff Wach
Senior HR & Business Consultant

With more than 30 years of experience in human resources, Jeff is a trusted advisor, facilitator, and thought partner to organizations across Western New York. He holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, along with the SHRM Workplace Investigations Credential, and has built a well-rounded career as a consultant, trainer, and speaker. His background also includes the unique perspective of having been a co-owner of a second-generation family business—experience that gives him a deep appreciation for the dynamics of family-run and small to mid-sized companies.
Jeff is passionate about giving back to the community and is actively involved in several local organizations. He currently serves on the boards of Beyond Support Network, the Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association, and The Christos Foundation. He’s also a proud committee member of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), where he helps foster strong partnerships between employers and members of the U.S. military.
Outside of his professional and volunteer roles, Jeff enjoys spending quality time with his family and church community. He also enjoys recharging on the golf course or embracing the peace and quiet of the outdoors while hunting.
