How We Work
HR Pro
Our most popular service! For a low monthly rate, stay on top of compliance issues and receive up to one hour of HR advice or help each month. Any additional hours needed are at a reduced rate.
HR Outsource
Allow us to act as your full-service HR department, on- or off-site, when you don’t have the time or resources to manage any of the HR functions listed below, or just want to simplify your budget. Monthly rate is based on the number of employees and the scope of the engagement.
HR A La Carte
Just need help in a few specific areas on an as-needed basis? We can provide any of the services listed below at an hourly rate.

Our Team
Lisa has been a business owner for more than 25 years with expertise in education and training, organizational development, and human resources management experience. Lisa’s experience with a diverse blend of companies and cultures adds a wealth of knowledge and value to her consulting work with small and mid-size businesses in Western New York.
Lisa has served as volunteer Director of Professional Development of the Buffalo-Niagara Human Resource Association (BNHRA) and on the Board of UB’s School of Management’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Alumni Association (CELAA). She was a founding member of and is currently an officer of the Board of Directors of Shared Mobility, Inc., proud non-profit provider of Independent Health-sponsored ReddyBike bike share program. Lisa earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the Pennsylvania State University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), a Senior Certified Profession by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and in Everything DiSC. Lisa is a graduate of the University at Buffalo’s School of Management’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, CORE and Family Business programs.
Kara has been a part of the TripleTrack team since 2016 and has held many roles within the company, her current role as HR Consultant and HR Director. Kara provides HR expertise to her clients in a variety of industries including restaurant, manufacturing, law firms, and childcare. Kara received her PHR certification in 2019 and is currently working towards a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licensure. Kara takes an individualized approach to each client as she understands they all have unique needs. She not only focuses on the day-to-day, but also recognizes the importance of long-term goals. Family and having fun are two of Kara’s favorite things!
Madeline joined the TripleTrack team in 2017 as an HR Intern before quickly transitioning into an HR Consultant. Madeline is well-versed in handling our restaurant, construction, manufacturing, marketing, and non-profit clients. In 2019, Madeline became a certified Workplace Investigator and has completed several workplace investigations for our clients and businesses across Western New York. Madeline is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion. She is currently enrolled in the Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (JEDI) training through New York State Network for Youth Success. Come December, she will be a JEDI master.
After changing course multiple times and wanting to be a veterinarian, psychologist and even a CPA, Lindsay graduated from UB School of Management with a BS in Business Administration concentrating in Human Resource Management in 2005. In her Human Resources tenure, Lindsay has held various HR roles ranging from Payroll, Human Resource Manager to now Human Resources Consultant. She has wide ranging experiences in many industries including hospitality, technology, manufacturing, corporate and small business. Lindsay joined TripleTrack HR Partners in 2019 and became PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certified. Lindsay enjoys Human Resources and specifically consulting because every day is different; you never know what you’re walking into! Lindsay loves working with data, HRIS implementations & processes, benefits and employee relations. Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, dancing and all things Disney!
Jeff has 25+ years of experience in human resources. Jeff is both SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified and has worked as a consultant, trainer, and speaker, and was a co-owner of a second-generation family business. He is active in the WNY community and serves on the boards of Beyond Support Network (formerly The Cantalician Center), Buffalo Niagara Business Ethics Association, and The Christos Foundation. Jeff is also a proud committee member of Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR). Family, church, golf and hunting take care of the rest!
